This policy explains, in plain terms, what information TMPY collects and how we use it. By using TMPY you agree to it.

What we collect

What you give us. When you join the waitlist: your name and email, and anything optional you choose to add (city and state, profession, trading experience, how you found us, whether you want product emails).
Sign-in. When you sign in with Google, we receive the email address of your Google account. We never see your Google password.
Usage. Basic information about how the site is used, such as pages viewed, buttons clicked, errors the page runs into, device and browser type and rough location. We do not collect this if your browser sends a “Do Not Track” or “Global Privacy Control” signal.
Security. Technical information such as your IP address and country, used to keep the site safe, check that you are a person and not a bot, and limit access to the United States.
Your settings. Preferences you save while using TMPY.

How we use it

To run, protect and improve TMPY; to decide on and send invitations; to contact you about your access; to send product updates if you asked for them; to understand how TMPY is used; and to follow the law.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that help us run TMPY, such as our hosting, security, sign-in, analytics and email providers, and only so they can do that work for us. We may also share it if the law requires it, to protect TMPY or others, or as part of a sale, merger or transfer of TMPY.

Cookies

We use cookies and similar tools to keep you signed in, protect the site and measure how it is used.

How long we keep it

As long as we need it for the purposes above, or as the law requires.

Your choices

You can stop product emails at any time using the link in any such email. You can ask us to delete your waitlist entry or account by contacting us, and we will do so unless we need to keep it for legal or security reasons.

Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure and we cannot promise it will never be accessed without permission.

Age and location

TMPY is for adults 18 and over in the United States. It is not meant for children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

We may update this policy at any time. The new version applies from when we post it here.
